Iran Politics Club supports the fight to establish Freedom,
Secularism, Federalism, Human Rights and Democracy in Iran.

Our inside Iran sources, have confirmed that a new proposal has been given to Majlis (Parliament) to pass a new law, enforcing the most strict Islamic dress code since Ayatollah Khomeini's period.

The new law assures that the men to not grow long hair, wear bright colors and show bare arm skins. They must dress according to the Islamic codes.

The new law assures that the women must wear a unified Islamic Hejab. The unified Islamic Hejab can be Chador or a Full Cover, Full body Hejab. The color must be black, navy or dark gray.

By passing of this law, Majlis will abandon all the semi dress code freedoms gained by the people since 2004!

By passing of this law, The Majlis requires a strict Islamic dress code for Iranians, requiring them to wear "Standard Islamic Hejab". This law was once blocked in 2004, but now has been pushed through Majlis, last week under President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

According to the new law, to distinguish the minorities,
Iranian Jews must wear a yellow strip of cloth on the front of their clothes.
Zoroastrians must wear a blue strip of cloth on the front of their clothes.
Christians must wear Red Badges.
Bahaiis have no rights as minorities, so they must obey the Islamic Dress Code in full.

These new colored markings remind us of the first time in history, during Safavid's Dynasty, when Mullahs forced the Iranian Jews to wear Yellow Star of Davids on their clothes and Yellow Bandanas on their arms! Later on Nazi Germany followed the tradition of Safavid's Iranian Empire.

The proposal has been pushed by conservative Fundamentalists, backed by President Ahmadinejad, waiting to be passed. Afterwards it has to be approved by Iran's "Supreme Spiritual Leader" Seyed Ali Khamenei, before being put into effect.

FOX News, BBC, Canadian National Post, Iranian Opposition Sources in Canada and number of other media, do confirm the reports but also add that "The New Islamic Law" is surely to be passed, yet emphasize that it has to be approved by Supreme Spiritual Leader, Imam Khamenei.

FOX News reported that according to Iranian officials, the law is being passed, but the minorities will not be forced and mandated to wear the colored markings on their clothes.

Iranian Government denies the passage of the law, but informs that the law will most likely pass; yet the minorities will not have to wear colored badges. But then again, the Iranian Islamic Regime is known for its amazing flip flops and lies!

IPC Operations condemns the Islamic policy of covering Iranian women's heads and hair, while shutting their mouths!

IPC operations condemns this new law along with the unelected lawmakers of the illegal Islamic Regime and the pitiful Islamic Majlis. The Theocratic Dictatorship (Islamic Republic of Iran) does not represent the popular opinion and the will of the Iranian people. IPC Operations does not recognize the Islamic Republic of Iran as the legal government of Iran.

The AIOG (Arabo Islamic Occupational Government) has no legality or validity. IPC Operations represents The Iranian Resistance and "The Iranian Opposition Forces"; therefore, we are at state of war with the Islamic Regime and our mission is to overthrow the Islamic Regime.

This is a tragic moment in Iranian history. What does it take for masses of Iran to arise?

Iran's Christians and Jews Required to Wear Badges

By Sher Zieve

In what is being called a repeat of the Hitlerian pre-Holocaust, Iran's Parliament has passed a new law that requires Christians and Jews to wear "badges" identifying them as non-Muslim. The new law is called by the "Islamic Majlis".

The Majlis requires a dress code for Iranians, requiring them to wear "standard Islamic garb". The law, which had been blocked in 2004, was pushed through last week under Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's dictate.

Some human rights groups are concerned that this could lead to new attacks on and purges of Jews and Christians in the country.

Iranian Jews must wear a yellow strip of cloth on their clothes while Christians must wear Red Badges and Zoroastrians must wear a blue strip of cloth on their clothes.

Iran’s Non-Muslims to Wear Identifying Badges
By James Joyner

Iran’s parliament has passed a law that will require all citizens to wear what amounts to an Islamic uniform, with non-Muslims distinguished by different colored cloth strips.

Human rights groups are raising alarms over a new law passed by the Iranian parliament that would require the country’s Jews and Christians to wear coloured badges to identify them and other religious minorities as non-Muslims. “This is reminiscent of the Holocaust,â€

Latest Updates

The National Post (Canada) reports: "The Iranian embassy in Ottawa also denied the Iranian government had passed such a law." However, it also reports: "The Simon Wiesenthal Center and Iranian expatriates living in Canada had confirmed that the order had been passed, although it still had to be approved by Iran's "Supreme Guide" Ali Khamenei before being put into effect."
