at Ocean Beach. Go to the second parking lot of Ocean Beach in San Diego
County, California, on top of the cliffs and you will notice that on the
highest rock on the cliff, there is a carving of a head from an American
Indian Warrior Chief. On his headband holding all the feathers, there
is a word carved. At first you don't believe it but when you look closer,
you become certain that it says "Iran"! Then you wonder how
on earth someone had climbed all the way to the top of the cliffs and
carved the Indian with the word Iran within it? Well, what can I say?
A couple of decades ago, when we were young, strong, crazy and truly living
it on the edge, me and the boys climbed the cliffs all the way to the
highest rock and carved the Indian and then the word "Iran"
on his headband! After all these years, water and weather fading, both
the Indian and the Iran carvings are still standing! This is how this
spot became one of San Diego's main "Inspiration Points" for
old school Persians! Ziba is a second generation Iranian American and
new to our wild scene. When we set a photo shoot at OB and took her to
the "Inspiration Point", she took one look at the Indian Head
and when she saw the word "Iran"; her eyes almost came out of
the sockets! She could not believe that 20 years ago we had carved this
masterpiece! Ziba told us that this was an experience of her lifetime
and thanked us for sharing the episode. To show her appreciation, she
gave us one of the most artistic and erotic photo shoots of IPC so far!
Oh by the way, do you want to see the Indian? Burn in anticipation! Go
to OB and see it in person! Photographer: Cat, Director of Photography:
Moi, with thanks to our wild Persian crew who helped and accompanied us
during the shoot. Here are the best of the shoot. Dig in please! |
