Khatami is coming to America, expose him!

LONDON, August 29 (AFP)
The United States has decided to issue a visa to Iranian former president Mohammad Khatami to give a speech in Washington next month amid tensions over a nuclear dispute with the Islamic republic, AFP reported.

Khatami, same as Ebadi, is planning to conduct a continental tour of USA, supposedly to discuss "understanding between civilizations and cultures" (same old nonsense motto)!

But the truth is to propagate:

- Legitimacy of Iran's nukes
- Legitimacy of Islamic Republic
- Legitimacy of Reforms under Islamic Constitution
- Legitimacy of Islam as a form of government
- Legitimacy of Islam as religion of peace

"The decision was made," said Sean McCormack, a State department spokesman. "If he does intend to travel to the US for the purposes for which a visa was requested then it is my understanding that the visa will be issued."

Khatami, a reformist cleric who was Iran's president from 1997 to 2005, would be the most senior Iranian to visit the United States since Washington broke off diplomatic relations following the Islamic revolution and takeover of the US embassy in Tehran in 1979.

He has been invited to speak next month on "understanding between civilizations and cultures" at the Washington National Cathedral, the event organizer, according to Reverend Canon John Peterson of the cathedral's Center for Global Justice and Reconciliation.

The possible Khatami visit comes amid high tensions between Washington and Tehran over Iran's suspected program to develop nuclear weapons and its support for Hezbollah and Hamas guerrillas whose attack on Israel last month led to the ongoing crisis in Lebanon and Palestine.

Remember that Khatami is the same person who used to (during his presidency) harshly detest and criticize the legitimacy and the existence of the government of Israel in the Middle East.

Your duty as an opposition member or a nationalist Iranian is to expose Khatami’s and Ebadi’s visits any which way you can. These two are here to give a civilized face to Islam and Islamic Republic. You can e-mail, protest, inform the public and expose these Hezbollahi Reformists in any way possible.
