Let it Be Known
The American public has been misinformed by national and TV news media causing them to question the legitimacy of the 2020 Presidential Election. The news media has presented the public with two loudly advocated positions by leaders of the Democratic and Republican parties. Republican party leaders claim the election had been stolen due to many irregularities that substantiate fraud while the Democratic party openly accuse the Republicans of lying and that their president was fairly elected by the people.
Which Party is Telling the Truth?
The truth can surface only by a Supreme Court evaluation of the facts to arrive at a fair judicial judgement. If the allegations of fraud are proven to be true, they would be extremely damaging not only to the integrity of the Democratic Party but they would reveal who were responsible for organizing and conducting a fraudulent election that corrupted the voting system and disenfranchised the American people by compromising their votes.
Obviously, only one of the two parties can be telling the Truth. The truth can surface based upon examination of the findings by experienced computer data analysts instead of fabricated rhetoric. Let’s review the findings by computer experts to “see,” if in fact, they provide conclusive evidence of fraud.
Substantiated and Conclusive Evidence Reveals Fraud
To not overwhelm the readers with too much data, only a small sample of findings are presented below to reveal that conclusive evidence of election irregularities existed in the 2020 election.
Finding 1. The Georgia Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Elections verifies computer data scientists presented conclusive evidence of election fraud. Georgia election data revealed that more than 30,000 votes were removed from President Donald Trump and another 12,173 votes were switched to Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.
Finding 2. Data scientists of the Data Integrity Group found in Pennsylvania over 432,000 votes were removed from President Donald Trump in at least 15 counties.
Finding 3. An Antrim County Forensics Report by Russell Ramsland Jr., co-founder of Allied Security Operations Group, concluded that the Dominion Voting System was intentionally and purposefully designed to create systemic fraud and influence election results. The Dominion voting machines were programmed to generate an enormously high number of ballot errors. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail, which leads to voter or election fraud. Based on Russell’s study, the audit verified that the Dominion voting machines should not be used in Michigan. He further concluded that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified. Over 6,000 votes were erroneously tabulated for President-elect Joe Biden rather than Trump.
Finding 4. The Navarro Report provided an assessment of the fairness and integrity of the 2020 Presidential Election by examining six dimensions of alleged election irregularities across six key battleground states: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
These six dimensions include:
(1) outright voter fraud,
(2) ballot mishandling,
(3) contestable process fouls,
(4) Equal Protection Clause violations,
(5) voting machine irregularities, and
(6) significant statistical anomalies.
The evidence presented conclusively revealed there was a coordinated strategy to steal the election or strategically game the election process to unfairly favor the Biden-Harris ticket.
Supreme Court Denies to Adjudicate the Evidence
Due to the Democratic and Republican parties’ inability to openly resolve the irregularities for the American people, President Donald Trump was represented by several lawyers. These lawyers brought the following cases before the Supreme Court for a judicial hearing of the evidence.

Case (20-882) - Trump campaign’s Wisconsin lawsuit
A most surprising judgment by the Supreme Court was their denial and failure to evaluate the evidence and eliminate the impasse that the two parties were unable to resolve. The continual denial to adjudicate the six cases by the Supreme Court exhibits a dereliction of their duty to resolve a national dispute between the Democratic and Republican parties. This is not only a failure of the Supreme Court to resolve a national issue between two parties, it is a disgrace that reveals they do not have the integrity to honor their given mandate to provide justice for the American people.
For each case brought before the Supreme Court, the judges did not provide any written decision as to why the cases would not be heard and only provided a nonsensical phrase that the cases had No Standing. This is a real instance of dereliction of duty with an inane excuse. What can the American public deduce or infer by the Supreme Court’s denial?
Lawyer Asserts Three Branches of Government Are Corrupt
Attorney Sidney Powell released a statement on the refusal of the court to hear the election fraud cases. Her comment to the press on the SCOTUS rulings was,
“The Supreme Court’s failure to date to address the massive election fraud and multiple constitutional violations that wrought a coup of the presidency of the greatest country in world history completes the implosion of each of our three branches of government into the rubble of a sinkhole of corruption.”
The above allegation by Sidney Powell enlightens Americans to perceive that liberty and justice for and by the people is not only compromised it is dead.
A Dumb Ruling by the Supreme Court
Many concerned Americans are dismayed of the Supreme Court refusal to hear the Texas lawsuit, joined by 17 other states, which challenged the election procedures in four swing states. In fact, over two-thirds of the sitting Republican members of Congress also took the extraordinary step of joining an amicus brief pleading with the Court to hear the case. Here is a situation where at least 68 percent of the Republicans believed that the last presidential election was unfair and should qualify that the Court hear the case and rule on issues that, for most Americans, are of utmost importance for a transparent and fair adjudication.
Emmett Tyrrell, Jr. of The American Spectator wrote a comment about the Court’s ruling that turned down the Texas lawsuit against Pennsylvania and other swing states. The Court ruled, “One state has no judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another state conducts its elections.” Emmett’s comment,
“This ruling should go down in history as one of the dumbest things the Court ever said, right up there with ”separate but equal” as a justification for racial segregation or “three generations of imbeciles is enough” as a justification for mandatory sterilization.”
Corruption Exists in the Congressional, Executive, Judicial and CIA-FBI Agencies
Justice and liberty for 74,000 Americans have been disenfranchised by the Supreme Court’s decisions not to adjudicate the six cases. Heads bow in shame that Supreme Court judges educated to uphold and deliver a fair judgement that reflects truth, honesty and integrity have FAILED TO DO SO. These are the attributes we hold so dearly in America in order to administer Justice. Now, Americans feel a loss of confidence not only in our judicial system of Justice, but also in the high levels of government that are corrupt along with the CIA and FBI agencies. CIA and FBI Complicit in Killing Americans to Insure Secrecy of Area 51 Activities
The CIA and FBI have murdered many people who were a threat to revealing top-secret activities in the Area 51 underground complex. These secret activities included communication with and biological investigation of aliens. What Happened to the John Durham Report?
U.S. Attorney John Durham's ongoing probe into potential FBI and Justice Department misconduct in the run-up to the 2016 election through the spring of 2017 transitioned into a full-fledged criminal investigation. Durham was particularly focused on FBI and CIA activities, as well as those of other foreign governments, including the U.K., Australia, Italy and Ukraine. However, it now appears John Durham’s report will be buried underground.
On Nov 15, 2020, News and Politics reporter, Victoria Taft wrote, Durham Is Dropping the Spygate Investigation. Her report lends credence that there will not be any indictments of high level government officials. It appears that the bureaucracy is more afraid of the Democrats than the people, as her report claims the Justice Department is dropping the investigation into Spygate, which lasted nearly two years after it began.
The News and Politics report stated that part of Spygate’s fizzle may be related to the fact that after more than three years, none of Mr. Trump’s political enemies have been charged with crimes. Last year, a highly anticipated Justice Department inspector general’s report found no evidence of a politicized plot to spy on the Trump campaign. This report has angered Trump believers who thought the report would vindicate their belief that a criminal “deep state” plot against the president existed. Once again, unidentified CIA and FBI operatives will get away with their surreptitious activities that undermine the transparency and justice system in America.
Congress Must Insure Honesty and Integrity of the Election Process
The above revelation that the CIA and FBI has a stranglehold on our judicial system and absolute control of the media should wake up Americans to forcefully fight for laws that will correct the election process for the upcoming legislator 2022 and 2024 presidential elections. It is an absolute travesty that the Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi of the Democratic party, has issued H.R.1, a bill that will destroy fair and honest elections. Joy Pullmann, executive editor of The Federalist, on March 8, 2021, presented some of the unconstitutional, absurd, nakedly partisan, and crime-indulging provisions in this bill that 220 House Democrats voted for. She writes,
“On Wednesday, House Democrats passed an 800-page bill that would mandate insecure voting processes and subject voting tallies to partisan manipulation. It’s a slap in the face to the half of Americans, including many Democrats, who believe the 2020 election was riddled with fraud and errors, largely due to the rapid expansion of mail-in balloting and other suspensions of state election laws.”
Mrs. Pullmann further writes,
“H.R. 1 broadcasts Democrats’ goals for unending electoral dominance through openly rigged voting processes. It would engineer an unconstitutional federal takeover of state elections for national office. No surprise, then, that Joe Biden says he will sign this legislation if it reaches his desk.”
Dishonesty has Instilled Fear in Elected President Joe Biden
The accumulated evidence of Fraud conclusively reveal why over 74 million Americans believe the 2020 election was stolen from President Trump. In light of the evidence substantiated by computer experts, Democratic leaders still accuse Trump of “lying that the election was stolen.” To concede that the election was fraught with fraud would nullify Joe Biden’s win as president. Harboring such dishonesty, Democratic leaders have become fearful that 74 million angry voters may react strongly in protest. After an angry mob attacked the D.C. capital on January 6, 2021, fear has materialized to cause the new Commander in Chief to authorize the Pentagon to surround the Washington Capital with high fencing topped with razor wire and station 25,000 National Guards for protection.
The fear of insurrection was so pervasive that it caused the authorization to remain in effect well after President Biden’s inauguration on January 20 and out through mid-March of 2021. As of writing, more than two months later, the razor-topped wire fence still stands and a contingent of National Guards still protect Joe Biden’s fear of the American people.
Fear of insurrection has become so prevalent that more than 300 people have been arrested in connection with the January 6th attack. Additionally, more than 900 search warrants have been executed in nearly all 50 states, and evidence compiled to date includes more than 15,000 hours of surveillance or video footage, 1,600 electronic devices, 210,000 tips and 80,000 witness interviews. Is this fear justified when more than 3,000 Americans were killed after the 9/11 attack, and yet, 50 times more national guards were stationed at the Capital? It appears President Joe Biden is more fearful of 74 million Trump supporters than the 9/11 attack by members of a foreign country.
Joe Biden’s fear may be due to his knowledge that he won the presidency by not campaigning but relying on the CIA and FBI to surreptitiously control the FAKE news media and collude with computer experts that knew how to switch votes by manipulating computer systems.
Republican Lawyers Missed Presenting Evidence of Fraud to the Public
At the Senate Impeachment Trial that accused President Trump of inciting an insurrection, Republican lawyers missed the greatest opportunity to inform the American people why more than 74,000,000 supporters strongly believe the presidential election was stolen from President Trump. At the impeachment trial, Republican lawyers foolishly missed the opportunity to reveal to all Americans that conclusive evidence exists that proves the election was fraudulently conducted. Importantly, it would have shown that the Democrats have been lying to the American people and that President Trump was being truthful that the election was stolen.
• Will the Biden administration continue to deprive American citizens free access to the Capital by leaving the 12-foot razor topped fence in place and keeping a small force of national guardsmen?

Beware of CIA Controlled Media, our Government, and Judicial System
Joe Biden needs to be removed from office. His abuse of power and the constitution cannot persist. The Democrats stole the election but the evidence would not be allowed to be investigated by the Supreme Court. Is it because the operatives in the CIA and FBI have extended their control of the Area 51 coverup to control of the national news media and penetrated the highest justice court in the land? American Legislators Must Prevent Further Fraud in U.S. Elections
• All ballot mail-ins must be requested and require ID citizenship and residential verification to eliminate election Fraud.
• Ensure all voting booths have observers from all parties to a maintain fair election.
• Remove dominion computer machines from the voting process or have every Dominion machine evaluated by independent computer experts to insure the software runs without any preprogrammed bias.
• Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act must be revised or revoked completely so that Big Tech Internet companies can be sued for causing damages to character or finances of any candidate or person.
• Legislators of every state must clean up their citizen voting rules and revise state voting laws to include ID, citizenship and in-state living requirements.
• All Americans demand the John Durham Report be issued to hold accountable corrupt FBI and CIA operatives and identify government officials that participated in defaming President Trump to remove him from office.
• Americans demand Congress and Senate pass national election laws that eliminate voter Fraud.

To preserve America’s freedoms and reclaim the wonderful accomplishments made by the greatest President of the United States, Donald J.
