Democrats have Destroyed California

We are beginning a new thread on California, the liberal money maker bankrupted state which needs to turn red. To save California, liberalism must die in California! Democrats literally destroyed the richest state of the union! There will be future articles on this issue which will be linked to this thread.

California has been steadily losing people to other states for years. From 2010 to 2020, about 6.1 million people left for other states and only 4.9 million arrived from the other parts of the country to California! In old times, California used to gain population every year.

Open borders resulted in high crimes, women and children trafficking, drug trafficking, drug problem, illegal alien problem, gang problem, entrance of terrorists, mass welfare and benefits for illegal aliens, free education, housing, Medicare and food stamp for illegals.

Watch Out for Democrats Cheatings

When Democrats plan to steal another election, they start speaking of mandatory mail in ballots for everyone without asking for them, mandatory masks again, mandatory social distancing, drop boxes for mail in ballots and regular ballots, ballot harvesting in poor neighborhoods, reliable software and hardware machine voting, and other usual tactics. Gavin Newsom ‘Incredibly Proud’ of Joe Biden After Afghanistan Disaster

California Gov. Gavin Newsom told reporters Tuesday that he was “incredibly proud” of President Joe Biden, when asked whether Biden’s disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan might become a liability for him during the recall election.

A local reporter asked Newsom Monday if the fallout from the withdrawal from Afghanistan would “complicate” whether Biden is “the right person” to campaign with ahead of the recall election.

Newsom didn’t directly answer the question, instead sharing his pride in the president and doubling down on campaigning with him.

“I’m incredibly proud of President Biden,” Newsom responded. “I’m incredibly enthusiastic to have his support on [a] ‘no’ vote and look forward to him coming out here.”

Biden stumping for Newsom – as he and Vice President Harris have been considering since last week – could prove politically poisonous at the moment as the president deals with the fallout from the fall of Afghanistan.

Last week, before the scale of the disaster in Afghanistan became apparent, Biden reiterated his support for Newsom, who is struggling in the polls. Both the president and Vice President Kamala Harris are expected to campaign for Newsom in the recall, which will be held Sep. 14, though mail-in voting has already begun.

Racism 'comes in all shapes and sizes,' a state senator said

A California professor campaigning for Gov. Gavin Newsom reportedly called Republican gubernatorial candidate Larry Elder "a Black face on White supremacy" during an event with the governor Monday.

Newsom appeared at a get out the vote event with Black elected leaders in Crenshaw ahead of the Sept. 14 recall election, in which Californians will decide whether to recall the governor or keep him in office. Voters who choose "yes" to recall will also be able to pick one of 46 candidates to replace the governor.

Elder, a conservative radio host, is the clear front-runner among the candidates and could make history as California’s first Black governor. But according to LAist reporter Kyle Stokes, speakers at Monday’s rally tried to paint him as a racist.

Without mentioning Elder by name, state Sen. Sydney Kamlager said there's a recall challenger who "thinks he might have an edge because of his color. But racism … comes in all shapes and sizes, and we’re not stupid," Stokes reported.

Melina Abdullah, a professor at California State University, Los Angeles, followed up by saying, "She didn’t say his name, but I will: Larry Elder is a Black face on White supremacy," Stokes reported.

The event was hosted by African American Voter Registration and Education Project (AAVREP) with U.S. Rep. Karen Bass

"I really want to express to all of you that I have your back," Newsom told supporters. "This is an attack on our values, the things we hold dear as a state."

"Just consider the prospect if we don't vote ‘no’ on this election," he said, painting a dire picture for California policies on climate change, labor, and social justice if Elder is elected.

Elder has repeatedly faced racism claims by the left because of his political views. A recent column by The Los Angeles Times called him "the Black face of White supremacy."

"I anticipated that would happen. This is why a lot of people don’t go into politics because of the politics of personal destruction," Elder told Fox News late last month.

"This is not the first time the L.A. Times has attacked me, there is another writer who all but called me a Black David Duke," he added. "They are scared to death."

Elder has also forcefully denied a recent claim from his former fiancée that he brandished a gun during an argument the two had in 2015. Republican candidates Kevin Faulconer and Caitlyn Jenner called on him to drop out of the race over the allegations.

Larry Elder, the front runner among replacement candidates in the Newsom recall election, believes that the media is hysterically targeting his campaign because they fear that a Black Republican governor will weaken the Democrats’ hold on black voters.

Appearing on Fox News’ “Media Buzz” over the weekend, Elder said that the prospect of a Republican becoming California’s first Black governor has the media “scared to death.”

“I think it’s because the press oftentimes serves as a public-relations bureau for the Democrat Party, and they’re deathly afraid that Larry Elder, a Black guy from the ‘hood who went to public school, might break the stranglehold that the Democrats have had on Black and brown voters here in California," Elder told host Howard Kurtz.

"If that can be done in California, it can be done all over the country. And they are scared to death.”

The Los Angeles Times opinion page has endlessly ran columns blasting Elder, including one titled “Larry Elder is the Black face of white supremacy. You’ve been warned.”

“They’re doing whatever they can to bring me down” ahead of the recall election, Elder said. “They’re going hysterical because of what I said. They’re afraid that I’m going to be able to break the stranglehold that they’ve had over Blacks and browns for years.”

Elder added, “All I am is common sense. I’m going to do something about the crime. I’m going to do something about the lousy education; do something about the rise in homelessness; do something about our water crisis, about our poor management of the forests. What could be so bad?”

The Newsom recall election is scheduled for Sept. 14.

Actress and #MeToo activist Rose McGowan officially endorsed Larry Elder for California governor on Sunday while alleging that Gavin Newsom’s wife tried to bribe her into staying silent about convicted rapist Harvey Weinstein.

During her speech in Los Angeles on Sunday, McGowan detailed how the governor’s wife, Jennifer Siebel Newsom, called her up in 2017 on behalf of former Harvey Weinstein attorney David Boies to ask, “what it would take to make” her happy enough to keep quiet about Weinstein. The phone call allegedly took place six months prior to the New York Times launching its bombshell report against the disgraced movie producer and Democratic Party donor.

“When I finally got on the phone with Jennifer Siebel Newsom for what I assume was about movie projects, imagine my surprise when she says, ‘what can Boies Schiller [law firm] do to make you happy?'” McGowan recalled.

“Again, I had no idea who that was, so I just said nothing and hung up on her. That was my last contact with her,” she added.

Weinstein’s former lawyer David Boies was later fired by the New York Times after he was alleged to have helped Weinstein hire the private spy companies Black Cube and Kroll to monitor his accusers.

McGowan further recalled how Newsom’s wife allegedly pretended to be a rape victim of Harvey Weinstein’s to gain access to a “private email group of Weinstein rape victims.” Last week, a spokesperson for Jennifer Siebel Newsom publicly denied the allegations:

What is being alleged is a complete fabrication. It’s disappointing but not surprising to see political opponents launch these false attacks just days before the election. Their limited correspondence has been strictly as fellow survivors of sexual assault and in Jennifer’s former capacity leading the Representation Project, an organization that fights limiting gender stereotypes and norms.

During her speech on Sunday, the Scream actress called out the Democratic Party as a whole, referring to the party as a “cult” that brainwashes people into voting for them.

“This is not a country or a state for everyone. This is a country for the few,” McGowan said. “I really wish I had better news. It gives me no pleasure to be the bearer of truth, but the truth is sometimes ugly.”

“Why not change?” she later asserted. “Why not go big? Why not put a stake in the heart of evil? Because that’s what this really is. This is good and this is evil.”

McGowan concluded her speech by officially endorsing Larry Elder, arguing that he will passionately fight for the betterment of California while shaking the state’s political establishment at its very core.

“My money’s on Elder,” she concluded, “I really appreciate anybody watching or reading this to think differently. To be brave. Do something that’s weird. Like maybe voting Republican, even though it will feel strange.”

Gavin Newsom brought the backing of Hollywood, Silicon Valley and Democrat Machine to California to stay in power. Gavin Newsom spent $70 Million only to keep his job. Biden, Obama, Harris and many other Democrats campaigned for Newsom. In Democrat controlled California only 69% voted not to recall. Gavin Newsom had to pay people with subsidies not to work and to vote for him! California on Saturday became the first state to say large department stores must display products like toys and toothbrushes in gender-neutral ways, a win for LGBT advocates who say the pink and blue hues of traditional marketing methods pressure children to conform to gender stereotypes.

The new law, signed by Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom, does not outlaw traditional boys and girls sections at department stores. Instead, it says large stores must also have a gender neutral section to display “a reasonable selection" of items "regardless of whether they have been traditionally marketed for either girls or for boys.”

That does not include clothes. The law only applies to toys and “childcare items,” which include hygiene and teething products. And it only applies to stores with at least 500 employees, meaning small businesses are exempt.

This is the third time Democrats in the state Legislature have tried to pass this law, with similar bills failing in 2019 and 2020. Assemblyman Evan Low, a Democrat from San Jose, authored the bill this year. He said he was inspired by the 10-year-old girl daughter of one of his staffers, who asked her mom why certain items in the store were “off limits” to her because she was a girl.

While California is the first state to require this, some large department stores have already changed how they display their products. Target Corp., with 1,914 stores across the United States, announced in 2015 it would stop using some gender-based signs in its stores.

The law was opposed by some Republicans and a number of conservative groups, who argued the government should not tell parents how to shop for their children.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) signed a host of bills into law on Friday, including AB 1084, which requires “gender neutral retail departments” in toy stores, so that shoppers will not be encouraged some toys for girls and others for boys.

The bill, authored by Assemblymember Evan Low (D-Campbell), declares that differences in products that are marketed to girls or boys are “unjustified,” and that it is “inappropriate” to imply they should be used by one gender instead of another.

As such, the bill provides:

(a) A retail department store that offers childcare items or toys for sale shall maintain a gender neutral section or area, to be labeled at the discretion of the retailer, in which a reasonable selection of the items and toys for children that it sells shall be displayed, regardless of whether they have been traditionally marketed for either girls or for boys.

(b) This section shall apply only to retail department stores that are physically located in California that have a total of 500 or more employees across all California retail department store locations. This section shall not apply to retail department stores that are physically located outside California.

(c) Beginning on January 1, 2024, a retail department store that fails to comply with this section is liable for a civil penalty, not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250) for a first violation or five hundred dollars ($500) for a subsequent violation, which may be assessed and recovered in a civil action brought in the name of the people of the State of California by the Attorney General, or a district attorney or city attorney, in any court of competent jurisdiction. If the Attorney General, district attorney, or city attorney prevails in an action under this subdivision, the court shall award to the Attorney General, district attorney, or city attorney reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.

Stores can still maintain boys’ and girls’ sections, as long as they create one “gender neutral” area, though the legislation is unclear whether retailers could be punished for selling the same toys in gendered and gender neutral sections of the store.

Low told the Los Angeles Times: “Part of it is to make sure if you’re a young girl that you can find a police car, fire truck, a periodic table or a dinosaur,” Low said. “And then similarly, if you’re a boy, if you’re more artistic and want to play with glitter, why not? Why should you feel the stigma of saying, ‘Oh, this should be shamed’ and going to a different location?”

California Becomes First to Mandate Critical Race Theory for High School Graduation

California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a bill on Friday requiring ‘ethnic studies’ as a prerequisite for high school graduation: “America is shaped by our shared history, much of it painful and etched with woeful injustice,” Newsom wrote when signing the bill.

The action makes California the first state in the country to stipulate the controversial subject as a core class for students starting in the 2029-2030 school year.



Supporting the bill is Democrat Assemblyman, Jose Medina, who said, “I think schools are ready now to make curriculum that is more equitable and more reflective of social justice.” In addition to the graduation requirement, the critical race theory legislation forces all California public schools to offer at least one ‘ethnic studies’ course beginning in the 2025-2026 school year.

The state-wide legislation is groundbreaking and likely to be patterned by other blue states; however, it does not come without reflecting the legwork of multiple local municipalities. According to an article written at the Post Millennial, the Los Angeles Unified School District voted in 2020 to require an ethnic studies class as a qualification for graduation beginning in the 2023-2024 school year. In the same year, the Fresno Unified School board voted to require middle school students to enroll in two ethnic studies courses before entering high school.

The pretentious bill comes just days after California parents slammed state school boards for associating criticism of Critical Race Theory with domestic terrorism. In reference to parents opposed to CRT, The National School Board Association (NSBA) wrote in a letter addressing what they call a, “growing number of threats of violence and acts of intimidation occurring across the nation.” The NSBA petitioned Joe Biden to address the situation, claiming, “As these acts of malice, violence, and threats against public school officials have increased, the classification of these heinous actions could be the equivalent to a form of domestic terrorism and hate crimes.”

California parent, Celeste Fiehler, didn’t take kindly to the NSBA’s accusation. “When you take power away from parents, or their ability to raise their children, you’re going to get angry parents, parents who love their children,” said Fiehler.

As the story develops, it is likely that more parents will vocalize their opposition to yet another mandate by Newsom.

California’s Crazy New Year: Five Radical Laws Go into Effect (One on Hold)

California will see several radical laws go into effect on Sunday, January 1, including a law making the state a “sanctuary” for “transgender kids,” and a law imposing penalties on doctors for COVID “misinformation.”

Here are the five most radical new laws — plus one that is currently on hold in the courts — taking place on New Year’s Day in the Golden State, with little effective opposition from a shrinking Republican legislative minority:

1. SB 107: ‘Sanctuary State’ for ‘Transgender Kids’ – This law, signed by Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) in September, protects the use of drugs or surgery to provide so-called “gender-affirming care” to children from other states where the use of such treatments is restricted or criminalized. It prohibits doctors from releasing information to other states, and prohibits California courts interfering in child custody over such treatments.

2. AB 2098: ‘COVID Misinformation’ – This law, signed in September, requires California’s medical licensing boards to take disciplinary action against doctors who are involved with the “dissemination of misinformation or disinformation related to the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, or ‘COVID-19’.” The law does not take into account the fact that authorities like Dr. Anthony Fauci changed their recommendations over time.

3. AB 2147: Decriminalizing Jaywalking Because of Racism – This law, called the “Freedom to Walk Act,” presumes that jaywalking is a racist crime because it is supposedly enforced unevenly — by the nation’s most left-wing state — in “communities of color” where people supposedly cannot afford to pay the fines. The law prevents police from stopping people who are crossing the street illegally unless they are in danger.

4. SB 1375: Allowing Nurses to Perform Abortions Without Doctors – This law attempts to expand access to abortion by allowing qualified nurses to perform certain abortion procedures in the first trimester of pregnancy without the supervision of a doctor. This new law will take effect alongside a new provision in the California constitution, passed by a referendum in 2022, guaranteeing the right to abortion and contraception.

5. SB 357: Decriminalizing Loitering for Prostitution – This law, another by State Sen. Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco), decriminalizes loitering in public for the purpose of committing prostitution (which remains a crime). It also allows those convicted of such loitering to petition courts for the dismissal and sealing of their cases. The law aims to remove the social stigma of sex work; it also comes amid a statewide crime wave.

On hold: AB 257: State Control of Fast-Food Restaurants – As reported last year by Breitbart News, this law “creates a ten-member politburo, known as the Fast Food Council, which would serve for ten years” and would set wages and working conditions for the fast food industry. It has been suspended by the courts, after a coalition of restaurants that collected petition signatures law sued to block it until a referendum can be held.

Newsom has signed several other radical laws that go into effect in future years. He is currently thought to be mulling a run for president, and is establishing a national reputation as a left-wing leader on cultural issues.
