The boxer, who rescinded his right to vote when he moved to Puerto Rico, released an 18-minute video on X Thursday in which he laid out why he wanted Donald Trump to be president over Kamala Harris.
In the clip, Paul, 27, brings up the economy, border control and even transgenderism as issues that have swayed his thinking towards Trump.
He also told his fans that 'God has sent me here to tell you this message,' while encouraging them to do their own research.
'Look at the facts. Think for yourself. Don't be a sheep in this world full of sheep,' he said.
'I'm putting my business, my career on the line during my peak going into fight Mike Tyson... because I don't give a f*** what the consequences are.'
Paul admitted that Tony Hinchcliffe's widely-slammed 'trash' comment regarding Puerto Rico at Trump's Madison Square Garden rally was a 'bad joke.'
Nonetheless, Paul encouraged fans to 'do the right thing and vote for Donald Trump.'
'Most of your favorite celebrities, athletes, all of that are secretly conservative because the left has created a world where conservatives like me speaking out have major, major consequences.'
He added that he expected backlash for the video but was not scared of the 'liberal left media.'
Paul also brought up the topic of abortion, saying that women have the same amount of rights now as when Trump began his presidency in 2016 - despite Roe v. Wade being overturned in 2022 (a move which was helped by the conservative Supreme Court appointees of Trump).
The YouTuber-turned-fighter then encouraged women concerned about abortion not to be 'single-issue voters.'
The endorsement is not hugely surprising after he called New York a 'dumba** Democratic city' while promoting his upcoming Tyson fight in the Big Apple.
Paul also posted a picture of himself and Trump jokingly squaring up to one another back in July, along with a message of support for the former President.
'We need Trump to knockout all his opponents on Election Day to save America from more unnecessary wars, the woke agenda, and preserving freedom of speech,' Paul captioned the post. 'Make sure you exercise your right to vote.'
Paul also said previously said that God saved Trump when he survived an assassination attempt earlier this year.
'I believe that God stepped in and saved him,' he said. 'It's quite literally 'what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.'
'And I think that's also probably why God had this exact situation happen - because He saw the path that we were going down.'
Following the assassination attempt on Trump, Paul and his brother, Logan, even discussed bidding for the hat that Trump was wearing at the Pennsylvania rally where he was shot at.
Speaking on the 'Impaulsive' podcast, Logan initially said he would pay $2million for the baseball cap, before Jake upped his offer to $3m.
He later said he'd be willing to pay up to $12million for it.
However, Jake revealed in the same episode that he had previously attempted to buy Trump's hat from the rally, and was told it wasn't for sale.
'They're not prepared to sell it,' he said. 'That is a family heirloom. Why the f**k would they sell that to us?'
Trump was also interviewed by Logan on his 'Impaulsive' podcast in June.
Jake and the 58-year-old Tyson are set to fight on November 15 in Texas.
Before that, of course, the US presidential election between Trump and Vice President Harris will take place on Tuesday, November 5.
Trump has received support from several sports stars of late, including former Packers quarterback Brett Favre on Tuesday night.
Green Bay running back A.J. Dillon was also in attendance at the event.
On Thursday, DailyMail.com's final poll of the 2024 campaign has the Republican nominee three points ahead of Harris nationwide.
Trump's campaign was recently mired in controversy when comedian Hinchcliffe called Puerto Rico an 'island of garbage.'
Campaign spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt later said on 'Fox & Friends,' 'The joke fell flat.'
The campaign has distanced itself from Hinchliffe's joke, with Leavitt adding, 'it was a comedian who made a joke in poor taste.'
