Article Summary

American oil corporations secured agreements with Arab countries and created the largest oil cartels in the world.  The cartel oil partnerships have caused the infiltration of Muslim organizations into the White house over several administrations. American foreign policy has been influenced by past administrations working with Muslim organizations causing an insidious compromise of the security of the United States.

The Arab and American-British Oil Cartels

This article reveals how American oil corporations have secured agreements with Arab countries to establish the first and largest oil cartels in the world.  Its purpose is to unfold reasons why England is experiencing the rise in crime and why many of their communities have been taken over by Muslim values to the extent that they are unable to stop the implementation of Sharia law. Britain’s schools are becoming dominated with the teachings of Islam and America has opened its doors to Muslim immigrants with the White House policy of ‘political correctness.’  The oil partnerships between Arab and large corporations, started almost a century ago, have caused the infiltration of Muslim organizations into the White house over several administrations. The many Muslim officials in White House positions may influence and even dictate U.S. foreign policy, which ultimately compromises the security of the American people.

As early 1920, Britain had secured an agreement with the Sheikdom of Kuwait that its oil development would be entrusted only to British subjects; a similar agreement had also been signed with the Arab country Bahrain.  In August 1921, the American Petroleum Institute (API) was given permission to perform preliminary geological surveys in Iraq, which included Exxon, Texaco, Gulf, Atlantic Refining, Sinclair, and the Standard Oil Company of Indiana.

The “Big Oil” company that likely springs first to mind is ExxonMobil. But in reality there are far bigger players than Exxon. More than 70% of world oil reserves and an even greater percentage of the remaining reserves of “easy oil” are held by national oil companies controlled by kings and potentates, such as Saudi Arabia.  Table 1 lists Arab companies have controlled the production of oil as early as the 1920’s and have shared ownership with American and British oil companies through 1943. At the present year, 2015, there have been changes in the extent of ownership of these oil companies.  However, Arab companies reap profits from the sale of oil, whereby American dollars subsidize their economies and finance their hidden agenda to have Islam support terrorism with an end objective to dominate the world.

Of the total number of barrels, the Arab countries of Iraq, Arabia, Egypt, Iran and Bahrain (a small island country near the western shore of the Persian Gulf.) control a large amount of oil with international “big” businesses such as Britain and the United States. In 1943, the British controlled 81% of Middle East oil production as compared with 14% under American control. Roughly the same disparity existed in Middle East refinery capacity, where the giant Abadan refinery in Iran helped to give the United Kingdom 85% of the region's refinery capacity as compared with 8% under American control.*

Arab and Iranian Middle East Crude Petroleum Production and Ownership 1943

Since the 1920’s, Arab sheiks and kings have accumulated large profits to pursue their ideology to spread Islam and have it become a religion that will prevail over all other religions.  Iran and Syria has supported numerous Islamic terror organizations, Islamic propaganda, and political organizations, such as the Muslim Brotherhood.  With large financial resources, Iran is developing a nuclear capability and provides funds and weapons for Islamic terrorism in efforts to achieve its objective to establish world domination.

As of 2015, the following Arab-Islamic countries continue to produce oil with rich foreign companies from England and America.  An American consortium of five large US oil companies that included Standard Oil of New Jersey (later Exxon, eventually ExxonMobil in 1999), Standard Oil Company of New York (Socony) (later Mobil, which eventually amalgamated to ExxonMobil), Gulf Oil (which later merged with Chevron in 1984), the Pan-American Petroleum and Transport Company, and Atlantic Richfield Co. (later ARCO, was eventually acquired by British Petroleum (BP) in 1999. A brief review of the large business corporations in partnership with Middle East countries is provided below:

Egypt. This country enjoys the partnership of British Petroleum going back 50 years. In Egypt they primarily perform exploration and production operations.  BP currently produces almost 15% of Egypt’s entire oil production and close to 30% of Egypt’s gas production with its partners. Presently, BP is working to meet Egypt’s domestic market growth by actively exploring in the Nile Delta and investing to add production from existing discoveries.

Iraq.  The Iraq Petroleum Company (IPC), known prior to 1929 as the Turkish Petroleum Company (TPC), is an oil company which, between 1925 and 1961, had a virtual monopoly on all oil exploration and production in Iraq. Today, it is jointly owned by some of the world's largest oil companies and is headquartered in London, England.  British Petroleum and the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) signed in November 2009 a 20 year contract with Iraq’s state-owned South Oil Company (SOC) to increase production from the Rumaila oilfield, near Basra in south Iraq. The consortium led by BP (38 per cent) with partners CNPC (37 per cent) and the Iraq government’s representative State Oil Marketing Organization (SOMO – 25 per cent) aims to nearly triple the Rumaila field’s output, which would make it the world’s second largest producing oilfield. The Government of Iraq will get about 98% of the revenue from the 20-year contract.

Saudi Arabia.  Standard Oil of California (SOCAL) became the first partner of Arabia with the prospect for oil along the eastern portion of the Persian Gulf.  SOCAL with its subsidiary company, the California Arabian Standard Oil Company (CASOC) joined with the Texas Oil Company to form CALTEX.  In 1943, the name of the company in control in Saudi Arabia was changed to Arabian American Oil Company (ARAMCO). However in 1950, a fifty-fifty profit-sharing agreement was signed, whereby a tax was levied by the government. This tax considerably increased the Saudi Arabian government revenues. The government continued this trend well into the ‘80s. By 1982, ARAMCO’s concession area was reduced to 220,000 square kilometers, down from the original 930,000 square kilometers. By 1988, ARAMCO was officially bought out by Saudi Arabia and became known as Saudi Aramco.

Iran. The Anglo-Persian Oil Company (APOC) was formed in London in April 1909 and renamed the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company (AIOC) in 1935.  The British was granted the exclusive privilege to explore, exploit and export petroleum with the stipulation that a royalty of 16% of the net profits on all operations go to the Iranian government.  In 1950 Iran nationalized their petroleum industry and formed the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC).  Between 1997 and 2004 Iran invested more than USD $40 billion in expanding the capacity of existing oil fields and discovering and exploring new fields and deposits.  Marketing of crude oil to potential buyers was managed by the NIOC and by a government enterprise called Nicoo. Nicoo marketed Iranian oil to Africa and NIOC marketed to Asia and Europe.  Oil revenue of Iran has been estimated to increase by a third to USD 100 billion in 2011 even though the country is under an extended period of U.S. sanctions. Iran ranked first in scientific growth in the world in 2011 as having the fastest development in telecommunications globally.  Hence, the Internet has seen a massive increase in Islamic propaganda to enlighten Americans and other countries about The Qur’an, Muhammad and Allah.

Petroleum Industry in Iran

Bahrain. Oil was discovered in Bahrain by Standard Oil of California in 1932.  Early in 1936, Standard Oil of California opened negotiations with Texas Oil of the United States for its far eastern marketing facilities developed in Europe, China, Australia, Africa, and other areas in the Far East.  In December 1936, the Texas Co. received a one-half interest in California Arabian Standard Oil Co. (now Aramco), holder of the Saudi-Arabian concession.  Bahrain has an open economy. The Bahraini currency is the second highest-valued currency unit in the world.  Since the late 20th century, Bahrain has heavily invested in the banking and tourism sectors.  The country's capital, Manama is home to many large financial structures. In 2008, Bahrain was named the world's fastest growing financial center by the City of London's Global Financial Centers Index. Petroleum production is Bahrain's most exported product, accounting for 60% of export receipts, 70% of government revenues, and 11% of GDP. According to the 2011 Index of Economic Freedom, Bahrain has the freest economy in the Middle East and North Africa region and is the tenth freest economy in the world.

The review provided above serves to inform readers of the extent of joint partnerships between Arabic-Islamic countries and large oil companies that are from England and the United States.  The oil cartels formed by these partnerships have a strong effect on the policies and political decisions made by the government, albeit leaders, of England and the United States.  It becomes obvious that England’s open-door policy for Muslims and leniency towards Islamic influence in their schools and acceptance of the practice of Sharia law has caused the development of many pockets of Muslim communities where their own police and fire departments are afraid to enter.

A direr outcome has been that political leaders “look the other way,” ignore, excuse, or tolerate the blatant terrorist attacks that have occurred in England and the United States.  In another article titled, “Terror Attacks in the U.S. or Against Americans,”* it presented the following terrorist attacks.  The attacks are a small sample but are identified with the residing president of the United States.  These attacks were reason enough to declare war but were not due to the international investments of Arab and American-British oil cartels:

  • Bill Clinton presidency Jan 20, 1993 to Jan 20, 2001:  Bombing of the USS Cole.  This bombing occurred on October 12, 2000, which killed 17 American crew members and injured 39 others;
  • George Bush presidency Jan 20, 2001 to Jan 20, 2009: September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks of the World Trade Center and Pentagon.  These attacks caused the deaths of 3,411 civilians, firemen and law officers;
  • Barack Obama presidency Jan 20, 2009 to present:  September 11, 2012 Islamic terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya. Through Obama’s efforts to deceive the American people that he had a strong foreign policy prior to the 2012 presidential election poor support and protection was provided at the Benghazi Embassy. Negligence due to perpetrating a false foreign policy resulted in the deaths by Islamic terrorists that killed Ambassador Chris Stevens and three Americans.

Terrorist Attacks in US or Against Americans

Presidents of the United States, starting with Bill Clinton, George Bush, and Barack Obama are prime examples of American presidents hesitant to declare war on those countries that fund and support terrorist attacks against Americans.  There is no excuse for claiming ignorance of not knowing who the perpetrators were when U.S. intelligence operatives can easily identify the countries that fund and support the terrorist organizations.

Americans killed by Islamic terrorists in the New York 9/11/2001 attack numbered 3,411 people exceeding the number of Americans killed on December 7, 1941 at Pearl Harbor in Hawaii, which numbered 2,400 deaths.  Still, U.S. President Bush was passive to identify the terror organization with the country that supported the attack in New York.  By all accounts, this was an act of war.  The passive response by this U.S. president and those prior to and after his term in office may be due to the Arab-American oil cartel business relationships in the Middle East.

Clear thinking minds are able to “see” that the interrelationships of Arab-Islamic and American-England oil cartels are reaping billions of dollars that enable strong lobbying within the U.S. government; to the extent that they have influenced security decisions made by a U.S. president during the years from 1993 through the present administration.

All three American presidents have invited Islamic organizations into the White House, many if not all, aligned with the Muslim Brotherhood.  Repeatedly, these presidents have given annual praises and honor to American Muslims year after year to help Americans assimilate their culture even though they know Muslims are indoctrinated with a theology that teaches Islam is to dominate the world.  American politicians are ignorant of, and U.S. presidents ignore, the dogma stated in The Qur’an that “Islam is the true religion and will prevail over all other religions. (Qur’an 9:29 and 9:33).”  It is this Islamic dogma that prevents Muslims from being assimilated and integrated with the values and laws in the U.S. and free, democratic countries.

In contrast to the U.S. slow ability to react to a serious crises, Arabic countries such as Egypt and Jordan have felt the repercussions of a “new” terrorist threat that has emerged as ISIS (Islamic State in Iraq and Syria).  This new terrorist organization is so fundamentalist in its view of Islam that Jordan and Egypt have found it necessary to fight this new threat that has attracted the poor, disillusioned, uneducated, unemployed, and rebellious people who could not find job opportunities to become productive within their own country.  ISIS is also referred to as The Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), where Levant denotes a region that stretches from Turkey through Syria to Egypt and includes Palestinian territories, Jordan and Lebanon.

Egypt’s President Sisi, in a February 9th, 2015 interview with the German news magazine, Der Spiegel International, discussed his country’s struggles, the forceful overthrow of his predecessor, Mohammed Morsi, and the threat posed to Egypt by ISIS and the Muslim Brotherhood.  U.S. Speaker of the House John Boehner took the initiative to invite the Israeli Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu to inform Americans of the Islamic threat to Israel and the U.S.  It would be an outstanding move by President Obama to invite the Arab leaders, President Sisi and Jordan’s King Abdullah, to address a joint session of Congress along with the Israeli Minister Netanyahu. But it appears that he would rather miss a great opportunity to form a strong coalition with them and other countries threatened by Islamic terrorism.  These Arab leaders have shown the world strong leadership and courage against the ISIS threat - something that has been sorely lacking in Washington D.C.  President Obama has repeatedly shown that he is not even willing, or unable to identify the enemy as radical Islamic extremism.

Egypt’s President Sisi stated, “Two days ago, I took part in a conference attended not only by Azhar’s highest authorities; but, also the Coptic Pope, intellectuals and politicians. The subject was “freedom of choice,” and the great gift this freedom represents. The right to choose a particular faith, whether Christian, Jewish, or Muslim — is an inherent part of our religion.”

It is encouraging to see there are Arab leaders who are intellectually astute to understand the cancerous Islamic threat that threatens their values and freedoms and are willing to defend the security of their people from terrorism.  To see this occur with Arab leaders like Egypt’s President Sisi and Jordan’s King Abdullah, Americans are waiting for President Obama to wake up and join the fight to eliminate Islamic terrorism. This will require strong military action that means boots on the ground and a bombing campaign that destroys all Islamic terrorist organizations.

Will Obama come to the realization that Islamic terrorism is taught to all Muslims from the same religious dogma?  By reading The Qur’an, Muslims and people worldwide will learn that it advocates bigotry, hatred, violence, and the killing of innocent people that have beliefs other than Islam.  This scripture was written and assembled by Muhammad’s companions two decades after his death in 632 CE.  It teaches all Muslims that Islam is the religion of truth and will prevail over all other religions.  As such, The Qur’an is used as a manual to attain the objective of having Islam dominate and control the world under one Theocratic Empire.  To appreciate the validity of this assertion, access Allah, We, Our and Us, published in 2013 by clicking of the following link; it is available in its entirety.

Ginex Comments:

There is a strong reason why U.S. presidents over several administrations have not responded to the killing of American lives by Muslim terrorist organizations.  Donations from Arab countries during their presidential campaigns opened the doors to try to assimilate Muslims into America. Muslims were assigned many White House positions, which may have compromised U.S. presidents to forcefully respond against terrorist attacks.  The interrelationships between Arab and American-British oil cartels have influenced security decisions whereby the U.S. has lost its ability to react against threats to its own security and has lost the respect of many countries around the world.

Food for Thought:

Former President Ronald Reagan (1981-1989) was respected by Arab-Islamic countries.  During his term in office Islamic countries did not finance and support terrorist organizations that would result in the killing of American lives.  President Reagan had integrity and loved the United States with a strong willingness to protect the security of the American people. Can we, today, believe in the integrity of President Obama who has consistently lied to the American people, has reneged on his commitment of transparency, and with Hillary Clinton lied to Americans by claiming the Benghazi 9/11/2012 attack was due to a YouTube video?
